OMG! I was so blessed to stay at Dahlia  Villa for my birthday, and it was just perfect. Dahlia had it all: gorgeous views, luxurious furnishings, the most well equipped kitchen you could ever dream of, dreamy beds, fantastic showers….I could live there in peace and serenity for the rest of my life. If you ever come to St. John, stay at Dahlia Villa. You will remember it forever.

Just returned from a 7 day luxury stay at Dahlia Villa. The Villa far exceeds expectations. The amenities are over the top and the views are spectacular. Lynn (owner) and Kelly (manager) went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed including step by step information to get to top beaches, restaurants and even a private chef recommendation that was fine dining elegance at its best Thank you Lynn and Kelly for a week we will never forget. We look forward to our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at your house. It is everything that you said it was. Many of the things I expected there were there and some unexpected surprises.  It was also about how full it is and absolutely everything that you could possibly need to enjoy a vacation was there. All kinds of pots and pans, glasses and cooking utensils plus plenty of towels etc...sort of plenty of everything that made our trip really easy.
Currently we are in the line for the ferry.  We really enjoyed it and very much appreciate all your attention to detail.


 

We loved every single thing about the villa and our visit.

We stayed at the Westin for the first 2 nights of our trip and I was pretty sure my husband was going to book us a flight home after that less than wonderful experience, lol. We got to your Dahlia villa and all was right again in the world! It was SO well stocked and comfortable for our family (us, my in laws, and our 2 kids - ages 4 & 6). No detail was missed, as you know, and it was appreciated. It really turned our trip around! I even snuck 2 workouts in on the Peloton! What a view!! If every workout had that view, I’d be in the best shape of my life! Ha!

I do hope we will be welcome back for future visits :) We will also recommend your home to other friends/families we know would love it just as much.

My family and I loved the Dahlia Villa! With a 21 year old, 18 year old and 9 year old, space is a must! Everyone had there own personal space as well as a lovely living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony to spend time together! We are extremely picky when it comes to beds/ linens and honestly these beds were more comfortable than ours at home! The first in my life to experience that! Every detail has been thought out by the owner. Comfortable robes in each bathroom, all toiletries are included, plenty of towels, they even had the dark makeup wash clothes like we do at home!! The kitchen has everything you will ever need! The living room had a ton of board games that we enjoyed playing and the couch was super comfortable and large enough for family movie night. The patio furniture was also very comfortable and we had plenty of seating. Enjoying a glass of wine during the breath taking sunset was my favorite of all! The owners have spared no expense in creating your home away from home! We were so impressed! Not to mention, Kim, who greeted us at the villa was the most helpful and thoughtful person! She helped my son find people to go surfing with and even picked up the surf boards for him! I’m so grateful for her help! We had a provisioner for the food and alcohol. There is nothing like traveling for 7 hours to walk into a beautiful home stocked with delicious snacks and chilled wine! We highly recommend the Dahlia Villa!

I just wanted to let you know how fantastic dahlia was to rent. It was a fantastic layout, had amazing views and beautifully accented with your decor. You have great taste! The small touches you had with the snacks, the kitchen amenities, spices, and even the cooler cups with lids did not go unnoticed. We all commented that you must have stayed at a number of rentals and realized everything you wish was included and decided to include it here. Also, Kelly was fantastic and very helpful. She really went out of her way to come grab our bags to drop off so we could spend the day at the beach before check-in. It was so helpful since we were travelling with 2 kids car seats as well. I just wanted to reach out personally. Thanks for helping my family have an amazing trip.

We just returned from a girls’ week in St. John and stayed the Dahlia Villa.  This Villa came equipped with all possible amenities for us to feel at home.  The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds were so comfortable.  The kitchen is a chef’s dream come true.  The terrace provides comfy chairs to watch the amazing sunsets and outdoor grilling.  Dahlia Villa gives you access to the gym and pool which is super relaxing.  Whatever you need, Dahlia Villa is there to provide you with an amazing vacation on this beautiful island.

I absolutely loved my stay in Dahlia Villa.  The accommodations were just as beautiful as the island.  The villa has spacious rooms and is beautifully decorated.  The villa had every amenity.  I loved the fully stocked kitchen.  It has everything you could need to produce gourmet meals.  The views from the balcony were incredible.  The owner was very knowledgeable about the best restaurants to eat at and activities to do.  I would highly recommend staying there.

Dahlia Villa is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! As far as rental properties are, this is Ritz Carlton quality.  From the spectacular views to the gourmet kitchen to the comfortable beds, linens and towels, they have thought of everything and everyone who would stay here. To be honest, I don’t want to leave, and I’ll be back!!  We can’t thank you enough!!!!

Beautiful villa!  Exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing linens, well appointed kitchen, and beautiful decor!  Dahlia Villa has amazing views and is the perfect retreat for families or couples.  Lynn, the owner, is amazing to work with and truly helpful.  Our stay was perfect. A true gem on St John!

Spent a week in this beautiful home. Everything from the art work to the bathroom amenities to the beach gear were wonderful. The best sunset view and minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. Will book again!

What a spectacular place!!! Dahlia Villa leaves you wanting to come back before you even leave.  They thought of everything. Luxurious towels and robes, fully equipped kitchen, a PELOTON bike, and a fabulous view. Dahlia Villa is conveniently located and not a far drive from any of the beautiful beaches and perfect snorkeling spots. I could not have asked for more! I cannot wait to go back! Best week ever in St. John!!
 

We wanted to take a moment to thank Lynn for the unforgettable stay at Dahlia Villa at The Hills on St. John. The location of the villa really was ideal - in a neighborhood just a short distance from Cruz Bay with all its restaurants and shops. The Hills is a spectacular upscale development with the most spectacular views. We used the pool and clubhouse every single day. Tony makes awesome pizzas, sandwiches, and salads, and of course cold beer, wine, mixed drinks and fun cocktails for my son. Dahlia Villa’s 3-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, and large great room was a perfect layout for our family. We love to cook and found the villa’s kitchen to be stocked with absolutely everything we could think of. It was such a joy preparing meals with an amazing view of the Caribbean! The bedrooms were spacious, mattresses were very comfortable, and the central air conditioning kept the entire villa comfortable. Special touches like beach towels, chairs, and coolers were a plus and really appreciated. It even has a Peloton bike. I had never used one until our stay in Dahlia and it was much fun to experience! There is also a cabinet full of board games which we enjoyed with a drinks after our son went to sleep one night! We have stayed in many other nice villas on St John, but this was hands down our favorite. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our entire experience at Dahlia Villa was! We look will definitely staying here again. Highly recommend this villa. 

From the beginning, communicating with Lynn, the owner of Dahlia Villa, was a breeze. She was so friendly and responded immediately, sometimes within minutes, to every email and every question. We were drawn by the photos of the villa and wowed once we walked through the front door. Everything worked great – central AC, fast and reliable fast WIFI, high end appliances including washer/dryer. The great room has an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa (I couldn’t help but look at the brand…Mitchell Gold!). The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with everything we could think of, including a waffle iron and grilled cheese maker! Each of the three bedrooms is spacious, with super comfy beds and deluxe linens, and ensuite bath. My wife and I were lucky enough to get the primary bedroom, which is just huge. And the bathroom, with its oversize jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, and separate water closet was amazing. Our three year old son had the best time taking baths in the "pool". We couldn’t believe how well equipped this place was! Way more so than any vacation home we’ve stayed at before. We also loved the entire property. It is close to town, but in a peaceful location with incredible panoramic views. At night we would sit on the private patio with a bottle of wine and watch the twinkling lights across the channel on St. Thomas. The community pool and clubhouse were a huge bonus. The clubhouse is just steps away and serves food and drinks and has a large tv, comfortable seating, and even a pool table. It truly feels like a private club. There are wonderful common areas with comfortable seating upstairs too. Spending most of our days at the glorious beaches and jetting into town (which was so close) for happy hour and dinner, it was such a treat to come back to our home away from home. The closest market is 2 minutes away and has everything you need. The villa is stocked shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the showers, q-tips, William Sonoma hand soap and body lotion, and the large selection of spices and cooking oils, made our visit so much more pleasant. It seems insignificant in the grand scheme but it was those little touches that made our stay at Dahlia Villa one of the most memorable of our St. John vacations. Dahlia Villa takes the prize. I would stay again and recommend anyone to stay here, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! Amazing!!!

We just returned from an amazing stay spent at Dahlia Villa. This was my second stay in a St John vacation villa and it was by far our most memorable. Dahlia Villa exceeded all of our expectations! It had a full length mirror and TV in all three bedrooms. Huge plus for us. It’s the perfect layout for couples or large family traveling together, and the panoramic views from each room are breathtaking. The villa is fully equipped with highest quality linens, a chef’s kitchen, high efficiency washer and dryer, central AC, Peloton bike (wow! it was so cool to have one IN the villa) and all the beach necessities like chairs, towels and coolers. The pool and clubhouse were fantastic…it was like staying at our own private villa inside a resort. The villa is remarkably well equipped and maintained by its owners, who are easily accessible. We can’t wait to return to Dahlia Villa!
